Adam Rosenberg, CPA
Raised in Miami, Florida, Adam has a love of swimming, water polo, and just being outside. His love of sports continues today, practicing karate, cruising, and lounge-chair therapy.
While attending University of Southern California (go Trojans), he met his wife in the swimming pool. After graduation, Adam worked for a couple of big accounting firms and earned his CPA license in 1987. He went on to form Adam Rosenberg and Company, CPAs in 1993.
In between schooling and starting a business, Adam raised a family in Encinitas, CA. Being an active part of the community is a core value for Adam. He joined the Encinitas Rotary Club in 1993, served as club president in 2007-2008, and remains a member in good standing.
When you visit our offices, you can’t miss Adam. He’s the guy in the most colorful Hawaiian shirt and ready smile.
Anne Zilinek, EA, Sr. Partner
Graduating from San Diego State University with a B.S. in Accounting, Anne Zilinek became an Enrolled Agent in 1996. She joined Adam Rosenberg and Company, CPAs in December of 1999. Prior to joining the firm, Anne worked for a small accounting firm, mixed cocktails as a bartender, managed a restaurant, and served as a bookkeeper for several restaurants.
While outside the office, Anne enjoys skiing, photography, travel and reading.
Daphne Davis, EA, Sr. Partner
Graduating from the University of California, San Diego with a B.A. in Management Science, Daphne Davis started her career with IBM Technical Marketing. After transitioning to accounting in 1995, she earned a Certificate of Accounting at her alma mater. With over 25 years of tax and accounting experience, Daphne works with individuals, small businesses, trusts, and estates on all aspects of tax planning and preparation.
Her personal interests include healthy cooking, walking and hiking, and especially hanging out with her French Bulldog, Romeo.
Deborah Murphy, CPA, Partner
Deborah earned her B.A. in Business Administration with an Accounting Specialization from Saint Leo University in Florida. She has been in the accounting industry since 2000 specializing in small business. After joining the firm in 2005, Deborah earned her Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license in 2011.
Achieving partner in 2017, Deborah is an expert in working with business owners. Through Tax and Accounting Advisory with an emphasis on CFO/Controller services, she works with her clients on establishing personal and business goals and creating a strategic plan to achieve them.
Deborah uses her creativity inside and outside the office. She enjoys creative writing, cooking, yoga, backpacking, travel, and health and wellness.

Morgan Byrne, EA, Tax Manager
After graduating from Mira Costa Community College with an Associate’s Degree in Accounting, Morgan joined the firm in 2014. Her passion for helping small business owners grow was one of the driving forces in earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with an Accountancy Focus at California State University San Marcos. Morgan is responsible for tax return and financial statement preparation, financial planning, QuickBooks training, and compliance services. Her online retail store and local restaurant management experience serve as the backdrop of her expert advice in e-commerce, food service, and real estate.
When not advising her clients, Morgan chases after her active toddler, catches a few waves, or attends local theatre productions.
Kiara Anderson, Tax Manager
Born and raised in San Diego, Kiara graduated from Azusa Pacific University with a B.S. in Accounting. She joined the team in 2016 bringing her experience from several CPA firms located in Southern California. Kiara became an enrolled agent in 2018.
Happily married to her college sweetheart, Kiara likes to spend the majority of her free time outside in the sunshine. You can find her spending time with friends and family, at the beach, or hiking in the mountains.
Wendy Taylor, Payroll Specialist
Wendy joined the team as a Staff Accountant in 2005. She schedules and performs all payroll functions for our clients, utilizing various software platforms, and ensuring that payments and reporting are complete and timely. She also provides accounting and administration support.
Wendy is passionate about dogs and ensures that the office is well stocked with treats for our canine visitors. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and working with organizations that foster rescue animals.
Stephanie Stringfellow, Accountant
Stephanie earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Service Sector Management from California State University San Marcos. She joined the firm in 2016, primarily focused on accounting support.
In her free time, Stephanie enjoys being outdoors, traveling, spending time with family, and exploring San Diego.
Leslie Bertolino, Senior Tax Accountant
Born in Pasadena, California, her background has always been in Accounting, Sales, and Customer Service. Having been exposed to various paths, she settled into the accounting world. For the past 18 years, she’s been working with a local accounting firm where she fine-tuned her skills in tax preparation. She joined ARR & Co’s team in February of 2022, where she dedicated herself to keeping her work ethic in line with the organization.
She enjoys the four “F’s” Family, Friends, Fun, and Food during her free time.
Jaron Moehlenpah, Tax Accountant
Before joining the firm, Jaron interned in tax at several accounting firms in San Diego and graduated with his B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in accounting from San Diego State University. He joined ARR & Co. in 2021, earned his CPA license in 2022, and is passionate about helping individuals and small business owners in all facets of tax compliance, planning, and advisory services.
Gino Dal Porto, Tax Accountant
Gino earned a B.A. in Finance at the California State University of San Marcos and is working towards a certificate in accounting from UC San Diego. Gino joined our team in June of 2022 and strived to be an aspiring CPA with the help of our partners and is a great help to our accounting and tax team. He primarily focuses on individual and small business returns and has prior experience with a small tax firm. In his free time, he loves to spend time with friends, exercise, and experiment in the kitchen.

Angela Melendez, Business Manager
Angela grew up in Pennsylvania and moved to California in 2008. She joined the Adam Rosenberg & Company, CPA team in 2008, working her way up to becoming the firm’s business manager in 2017. Angela plays a vital role in all aspects of the business, including administration, operations, financing and technology.
In her free time, Angela enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors and cooking.
Kip Bondietti, Office Manager
Kip Bondietti has been with the team since November 2011 and is ARR & Co’s office manager. With her Human Resources background, Kip has worked for H&R Block, chaired several school foundation committees, and served as an Ambassador for the San Diego County Fair. Responsible for hiring, mentoring, and managing the Service team, Kip creates an atmosphere where client inquiries are handled efficiently and professionally. Her happiest moments are interacting with clients, ensuring each receive superior service.
An avid reader, Kip participates in two book clubs and is working through her extensive Goodreads reading list. Kip also practices yoga and Pilates, explores new dining spots and travel locations, and watches local wildlife and stunning sunsets.
Raissa Drake, Administrative Specialist
Raissa (pronounced hy-ee-sa) grew up in Brazil and moved to California in 2007. She joined the team in 2017 and is the firm’s Administrative Assistant. Raissa provides technical and administrative support to ensure that the office systems and processes run smoothly.
In her spare time, she enjoys the local beaches, making crafts, and spending time with her growing family.
Crystal Tillet, Administrative Assistant
After leaving California State University Stanislaus in 2016, Crystal dove headfirst into the professional administrative world. She has extensive experience in fast-paced office environments in industries from construction to property management before landing at Adam Rosenberg & Company, CPAs, in September of 2021. As an administrative assistant, Crystal juggles multiple administrative tasks while also providing a high level of customer service to our clients with a smile! In her spare time, you will find her hanging out with her friends and family, hiking, traveling, and finding the best restaurants or activities around San Diego.
Caiden Flactiff, Client Service Coordinator
After receiving a Bachelor’s degree in psychological science, Caiden built a career as a professional executive assistant. With her track record of performing in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, you’ll find Caiden skillfully juggling all types of client relations and administrative duties.
Besides expanding her knowledge of holistic health and yoga practice, Caiden spends time with family and friends.
Stephanie Carr, Client Service Coordinator
Stephanie is originally from the Bay Area and moved to San Diego in 2010. She then graduated from the Palomar Institute of Cosmetology and focused her talents on client service. Stephanie has an extensive background in administration and specializes in client relations. Since she joined the Adam Rosenberg & Company CPA team in October of 2021, she has been an assistant to Adam and manages his schedule and administrative tasks. Stephanie spends time with her family, friends, and dogs outside the office. She loves to read, travel, spend time at the beach, go on hikes and shop at street fairs and markets.
