Adam Rosenberg, CPA, Founding Partner

Raised in Miami, Florida, Adam has a love of swimming, water polo, and just being outside. His love of sports continues today, practicing karate, cruising, and lounge-chair therapy.

While attending University of Southern California (go Trojans), he met his wife in the swimming pool. After graduation, Adam worked for a couple of big accounting firms and earned his CPA license in 1987. He went on to form Adam Rosenberg and Company, CPAs in 1993.

In between schooling and starting a business, Adam raised a family in Encinitas, CA. Being an active part of the community is a core value for Adam. He joined the Encinitas Rotary Club in 1993, served as club president in 2007-2008, and remains a member in good standing.

When you visit our offices, you can’t miss Adam. He’s the guy in the most colorful Hawaiian shirt and ready smile.

Anne Zilinek, EA, Sr. Partner

Graduating from San Diego State University with a B.S. in Accounting, Anne Zilinek became an Enrolled Agent in 1996. She joined Adam Rosenberg and Company, CPAs in December of 1999. Prior to joining the firm, Anne worked for a small accounting firm, mixed cocktails as a bartender, managed a restaurant, and served as a bookkeeper for several restaurants.

While outside the office, Anne enjoys skiing, photography, travel and reading.

Daphne Davis, EA, Sr. Partner

Graduating from the University of California, San Diego with a B.A. in Management Science, Daphne Davis started her career with IBM Technical Marketing. After transitioning to accounting in 1995, she earned a Certificate of Accounting at her alma mater. With over 25 years of tax and accounting experience, Daphne works with individuals, small businesses, trusts, and estates on all aspects of tax planning and preparation.

Her personal interests include healthy cooking, walking and hiking, and especially hanging out with her French Bulldog, Romeo.

Deborah Murphy, CPA, Sr. Partner

Deborah earned her B.A. in Business Administration with an Accounting Specialization from Saint Leo University in Florida. She has been in the accounting industry since 2000, specializing in small businesses. After joining the firm in 2005, Deborah earned her CPA license in 2011.

In 2017, Deborah became a partner with the firm. She is an expert in working with business owners. Through Tax and CFO Advisory services, she works with her clients to establish personal and business goals and create a holistic and strategic plan to achieve them.

Deborah has many creative hobbies and interests. She enjoys cooking, yoga, fitness, writing, networking, travel, community service, and spending time with family. She loves music, art, plants, and her two fur babies.

Angela Melendez, Business Manager

Angela grew up in Pennsylvania and moved to California in 2008. She joined the Adam Rosenberg & Company, CPA team in 2008, working her way up to becoming the firm’s business manager in 2017. Angela plays a vital role in all aspects of the business, including administration, operations, financing and technology.

In her free time, Angela enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors and cooking.

Kip Bondietti, Office Manager

Kip Bondietti has been with the team since November 2011 and is ARR & Co’s office manager. With her Human Resources background, Kip has worked for H&R Block, chaired several school foundation committees, and served as an Ambassador for the San Diego County Fair. Responsible for hiring, mentoring, and managing the Service team, Kip creates an atmosphere where client inquiries are handled efficiently and professionally. Her happiest moments are interacting with clients, ensuring each receive superior service.

An avid reader, Kip participates in two book clubs and is working through her extensive Goodreads reading list. Kip also practices yoga and Pilates, explores new dining spots and travel locations, and watches local wildlife and stunning sunsets.

Crystal Tillet, Sr. Administrative Assistant

After leaving California State University Stanislaus in 2016, Crystal dove headfirst into the professional administrative world. She has extensive experience in fast-paced office environments in industries from construction to property management before landing at Adam Rosenberg & Company, CPAs, in September of 2021. As an administrative assistant, Crystal juggles multiple administrative tasks while also providing a high level of customer service to our clients with a smile! In her spare time, you will find her hanging out with her friends and family, hiking, traveling, and finding the best restaurants or activities around San Diego.

Lindsey Feland, Sr. Administrative Assistant

Lindsey grew up in California and decided to join the United States Navy following high school. She served 4 years as a Master of Arms, overseas, and separated in June 2021. She was primarily in charge of administrative duties throughout her military career, which evolved into her civilian career goals. She moved to Colorado in 2021 and worked briefly in the school districts before moving to California at the end of 2022. She joined the team in December 2022 and has contributed innovative ideas to help promote workflow and client needs. She is the Senior Administrative Coordinator to Senior Partner Deborah Murphy and Tax Manager Kiara Anderson. Since moving back to Colorado, her free time includes playing with her dogs, going out with friends, and spending time with family at the lake.

Lauren Lesher, Sr. Administrative Assistant

Born and raised in San Diego, Lauren has built a strong background in administration with several years of experience. Drawing on her past career in healthcare, she brings a unique perspective to her current role in professional services. Lauren oversees client communications, coordinates schedules, and ensures workflows run smoothly and efficiently. She thrives in a collaborative team environment and takes pride in delivering dependable support that allows both colleagues and clients to feel confident and well cared for. Outside of work, she enjoys arts and crafts and values quality time with family and friends while exploring all San Diego offers.

Arielle Blanchett, Administrative Assistant

Arielle Blanchett earned her degree in Global Business Administration from California State University San Marcos in 2018. With a strong hospitality and customer service background, she brings a client-focused, detail-oriented approach to her role as Administrative Assistant. She is actively developing her skills in tax and accounting, with a commitment to growth and a goal of advancing in the field. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, attending concerts, and spending quality time with friends and family.

Stephanie Carr, Billing/Accounting Specialist

Stephanie is originally from the Bay Area and moved to San Diego in 2010. She then graduated from the Palomar Institute of Cosmetology and focused her talents on client service. Stephanie has an extensive background in administration and specializes in client relations. Since she joined the Adam Rosenberg & Company CPA team in October of 2021, she has been an assistant to Adam and manages his schedule and administrative tasks. Stephanie spends time with her family, friends, and dogs outside the office. She loves to read, travel, spend time at the beach, go on hikes and shop at street fairs and markets.


Accounting & Payroll Team

John Barone, MBA, CPA, Accounting Manager

Born and raised in Toledo, Ohio, John earned his Bachelor’s and MBA in Finance from Ohio University. He moved to San Diego in 2015 and earned his CPA in California in 2020. John joined the team in January 2025 in the Accounting and Advisory Department. He brings over 10 years of accounting and leadership experience to the firm. John takes great pride in his attention to detail and friendly, approachable attitude. He has greatly enjoyed leading the team and working with our beloved clients.

In his free time, John enjoys live music, the beach, and hiking with his wife Kate and dog Cannoli. As Star Wars fans, they also have a cat named Leia. John and Kate love international travel and have traveled together to Mexico, Peru, Costa Rica, Colombia, England, and Spain. John is also a baseball fanatic (Go Padres!)

Wendy Taylor, Payroll Specialist

Wendy joined the team as a Staff Accountant in 2005. She schedules and performs all payroll functions for our clients, utilizing various software platforms, and ensuring that payments and reporting are complete and timely. She also provides accounting and administration support.

Wendy is passionate about dogs and ensures that the office is well stocked with treats for our canine visitors. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and working with organizations that foster rescue animals.

Stephanie Stringfellow, Sr. Accountant

Stephanie earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Service Sector Management from California State University San Marcos. She joined the firm in 2016, primarily focused on accounting support.

In her free time, Stephanie enjoys being outdoors, traveling, spending time with family, and exploring San Diego.

Raissa Lima, Payroll and Accounting Specialist

Raissa (pronounced hy-ee-ssa) grew up in Brazil and moved to California in 2007. She joined the team in 2017 and is now a Payroll and Accounting Associate. Raissa schedules and processes payroll for our clients, responds to payroll notices, coordinates payroll audits, and prepares monthly and quarterly accounting reports. She also provides ongoing accounting and administrative support to ensure that payments, reporting, and office operations are completed in a timely and accurate manner.

Kiara Anderson, EA, Tax Manager

Born and raised in San Diego, Kiara graduated from Azusa Pacific University with a B.S. in Accounting. She joined the team in 2016 bringing her experience from several CPA firms located in Southern California. Kiara became an enrolled agent in 2018.

Happily married to her college sweetheart, Kiara likes to spend the majority of her free time outside in the sunshine. You can find her spending time with friends and family, at the beach, or hiking in the mountains.

Morgan Byrne, EA, Tax Manager

Morgan Byrne, a dedicated Tax Manager at ARR CPA, brings a wealth of experience and a passion for complex tax projects. She began her journey at the firm in 2014 as an administrative assistant. Morgan then transitioned to accounting, and now she focuses exclusively on tax matters, specializing in multi-tiered business structures and offering expert business tax preparation and advisory services.

Morgan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with an Accountancy Focus from California State University San Marcos. Her experience in online retail and local restaurant management provides a unique perspective, especially in e-commerce, food service, and real estate sectors.

Outside of work, Morgan is a devoted mother to her two children, with a third on the way. She spends her free time with her family, which includes her two lively Labrador retrievers and a cat. As an active church community member, she enjoys volunteering at her son’s school and participating in church events. Morgan also loves spending time at the beach, hiking, and attending local theatre productions.

Breanna Ganan, CPA, Tax Manager

After graduating from UCLA with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Financial Actuarial Mathematics, Bre worked in tax at a national accounting and consulting firm for seven years and earned her CPA license in 2021. She eventually returned to San Diego, where she was born and raised, and joined the ARR & Co. team in January 2024. Bre spends her free time with her friends, family, and dog, hiking and running, snowboarding, and going to the beach.

Kelli Quinn, CPA, Tax Manager

Kelli earned her B.S. in Psychology and her B.S. in Emotional Disturbance (Special Education) from James Madison University. After working in business for a year, she earned her certificate in accounting from Virginia Commonwealth University. She moved to San Diego to work for a large CPA firm in the audit division. Two years later Kelli transferred to the tax division where she first met Adam Rosenberg. Kelli earned her CPA license in 1984 and a few years later joined a fellow colleague to assist in his local tax practice. After reconnecting with Adam, Kelli joined the firm in December 2021.
When not in the office assisting clients, you will find Kelli in the dance and yoga studios. Kelli also enjoys spending time with her husband, four daughters, and her growing number of grandchildren.

Jaron Moehlenpah, CPA, Sr. Tax Accountant

Before joining the firm, Jaron interned in tax at several accounting firms in San Diego and graduated with his B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in accounting from San Diego State University. He joined ARR & Co. in 2021, earned his CPA license in 2022, and is passionate about helping individuals and small business owners in all facets of tax compliance, planning, and advisory services.

Amber Langston, CPA, Sr. Tax Accountant

Amber earned her degree in Business Administration from Murray State University and a degree in Accounting from the University of Louisville. She has worked in the Accounting industry for over a decade and earned her CPA license in 2021. Amber is passionate about helping small business owners understand their financial statements and tax returns. In 2023, she joined the American Institute for Certified Tax Planners and earned her Tax Coaching Certification. That’s when she fell in love with San Diego and moved from Kentucky to Southern California. She brought two dogs, Sidonie, a Great Pyrenees, and Rose, a boxer mix. She enjoys jogging, hiking, going to the beach, yoga, reading, and writing in her free time.

Lazlo Gfelner, Tax Accountant

Lazlo was born and raised in San Diego, graduating from UCSD with a B.S in Management Science in 2023. He joined ARR & Co. as an administrative intern in August 2021, assisting the admin team with various duties for the first few months of his tenure. Later in 2023, he shifted to a technical team role after finishing up his undergraduate degree. Lazlo is pushing towards his goal of CPA certification while growing his skills in various accounting and technical areas.
In his free time, Lazlo enjoys hiking, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Caiden Flactiff, Tax Associate

Caiden joined ARR & Co in 2019 on the administrative team, where she spent five years honing her organizational skills, managing client workflows, and supporting the firm’s tax and accounting operations. She earned her Bachelor’s in Interdisciplinary Studies in 2022 and completed her Master’s in Accounting in 2025. Now embarking on her journey as a Tax and Accounting Associate, Caiden leverages her thorough understanding of the firm’s processes, her analytical mindset, and her clear communication style to deliver accurate, efficient service as she works toward CPA certification.

Back in San Diego, Caiden balances her professional ambitions with life as a mom to a lively four-year-old. When she’s not at her desk, she enjoys exploring local parks and beaches, spending time with family and friends, and experimenting with new recipes.
